Product Overview
NJR2-G is designed and manufactured for users to save equipment investment, reduce costs, and effectively use the floor space of the control cabinet. It uses a single soft starter as the control body, and is equipped with a bypass contactor to control the corresponding number of motors. Firstly, the first motor is controlled by the soft starter for soft starting, and after the start is completed, the first motor is directly connected to the power grid with the corresponding bypass contactor. In the same way, the second and third motors can be controlled by the soft starter for soft starting. Since the built-in soft starter is naturally air-cooled, a certain amount of heat is generated every time it is started. Therefore, the starting interval of each motor should be greater than 5 minutes, so as to ensure that there is no overheating protection in the whole starting process and improve the reliability of the product.
The core component of this product is the NJR2-D soft starter.

If the altitude exceeds 1000 meters, the capacity should be reduced accordingly, and the current should be reduced by 0.5% for every additional 100 meters above 1000 meters
