Introduction: The LCM100 Linear Transfer Module is a next-generation conveyor developed as a substitute for belt conveyors and roller conveyors, and can be used for product handling in factories. It combines a linear motor, a slide and a controller into a single module, and loads the workpiece onto the slide for handling. Whereas conventional conveyors mainly "flow" the workpiece in the same direction at a fixed speed, the LCM100 uses a controller to quickly and accurately control the speed and stop position of the slider. In other words, it is possible to change the speed and direction of the slider containing the workpiece, and to move freely. The LCM100 is capable of advanced conveyance processes that cannot be performed with conventional conveyors.

The length of the conveyor line can be freely adjusted by adding or subtracting modules.

It can be set freely by accelerating, decelerating, forward, and reversing the slider. The degree of freedom for constructing conveyor lines is greatly expanded.
