Introduction: The KUKA KR 100 R3500 press C is optimized for press shop integration. It enables a wide range of applications – whether it's press lines for various press distances, transport of medium and large printed circuit boards, or loading and unloading of press lines. The faster axes allow for higher speeds in the press line – perfectly suited to the needs of the automotive industry.
The KR QUANTEC press line robot is available in both floor or ceiling mount versions.

Wide range of up and down action
All cables of the rack-mounted robot are led through a hollow shaft of Axis 1, thus reducing the interference profile. Pulling the robot elbow down and forward increases the downward working depth.
The body is low and space-saving
The rack-mounted robots of the KR QUANTEC press series develop the work area optimally from the top down. At the same time, due to the low fuselage, the robot only needs a small upper space, which is very suitable for the space-saving work cell design.
