The flexible structural design and resulting scalability make it a versatile machine. Space-saving. The small cabinet size allows for space-saving installation in a 19-inch power distribution cabinet and a small protective enclosure. Despite its compact size, the KR C4 compact offers the full range of functions of the KRC4 control system.
Versatile. Safety, robotics, logic, motion and process control – the KRC4 control system integrates all functions. And the entire device can be controlled effortlessly.
General. The open system architecture allows the KR C4 compact to control not only the kuka robot, but also the auxiliary axes, enabling maximum flexibility, scalability, performance and openness in the smallest of spaces.
Master of Communication. In addition to its own robotics language, KRL, the KRC4 understands languages in the fields of CNC machining (G-Code) and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), e.g. can communicate directly with SIEMENS or Rockwell control systems.
Smooth operation. Even at extremely high load strengths, the durable components and excellent cabinet design ensure the long-term stable operation of the control system.
Energy-efficient. With the new energy management function, energy consumption in standby mode can be reduced by up to 95%. In addition, the optimized ventilation design in combination with the tempered fan reduces the power consumption of the control system and enables low-noise operation.
