　　Scope of application

　　VC-V12 AC metal-enclosed armored switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is a three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage of 3.6-12kV indoor complete sets of power distribution devices, which can be used for power plants, substations, buildings, industrial and mining enterprises for the control, protection, monitoring, safety isolation, transmission and distribution of electrical equipment, especially suitable for metallurgy, chemical and other frequent operation places.

　　The switch cabinet is designed according to the armored metal-enclosed switchgear in GB3906, and the frame is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate or aluminum-zinc steel plate processed by CNC machine tool with rivet nuts and high-strength bolts, and the grounding continuity is good after special treatment, and the grounding resistance is less than 1000μΩ. The cabinet is a fully assembled structure, with beautiful appearance, exquisite structure, small size, strong versatility of parts, easy to dry and quickly organize production, and the whole is composed of two parts: cabinet and central extractable parts (i.e., handcart). The cabinet is divided into four separate compartments, namely circuit breaker room, bus room, cable room, and instrument room. From the front, from top to bottom are the instrument room door, the circuit breaker room door and the cable room door, the operation and interlocking device of the grounding switch are located on the left side of the handcar substrate at the lower part of the circuit breaker room, the main electrical components of the switch cabinet are installed in its independent compartment, the protection level between the chambers is lP2X, the outer protection level is lP4X, except for the instrument room, the other three compartments have a pressure relief channel (pressure release device) 18 leading to the top of the cabinet, in order to discharge the high-pressure gas generated by the fault, reduce the accident hazard, Maximize the safety of people and equipment. It has cable inlet and outlet, overhead inlet and outlet and other functional schemes, and can become a power distribution system scheme in various wiring forms after permutation and combination. It can be maintained and commissioned from the front, or it can be arranged in two rows face to face. There is a special "arc separation" measure between the adjacent cabinets to prevent the expansion of accidents and have high safety.
