Introduction: FujiElectric VC-VF12 Armoured AC Metal-enclosed Motor Controller
Scope of application
VC-VF12 armored AC metal-enclosed motor controller (hereinafter referred to as the switch cabinet) is a three-phase AC 50Hz indoor power distribution device with a rated voltage of 3.6-12kV. It is suitable for the control and protection of motor transformers and capacitor banks, and can be used for the control, protection, monitoring, safety isolation, transmission and distribution of electrical equipment in power plants, substations, buildings, and industrial and mining enterprises. It is especially suitable for metallurgy, chemical industry and other places with frequent operations.
Environmental conditions of use
1) Normal conditions of use
a. Ambient temperature: indoor upper limit: 40°C; Lower limit: -15 °C, daily average not more than 35 °C.
b. Altitude: not more than 1000 m ○1
c. Relative humidity: daily average not more than 95%, monthly average not more than 90% ○2
d. Seismic intensity: not more than 8 degrees
e. Places free of fire, explosion hazards, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and severe vibration
f. Severity design under severe conditions meets Category 2 requirements
Note: ○1 When the altitude of the place of use exceeds 1000 meters, the technical parameters shall be revised in accordance with the relevant standards (but the upper limit is 2000 meters)
○2 When the relative humidity is greater than 85%, turn on the heater in the cabinet to prevent condensation (or use an automatic temperature and humidity device).
2) Special Conditions of Use
When used under normal environmental conditions exceeding the provisions of GB3906, it is up to the user and the manufacturer to negotiate.
