Introduction: M2GP series non-sparking three-phase asynchronous motor meets the European Community Class II efficiency standard, suitable for petrochemical plants (Zone II) and other hazardous places, and the surface temperature group is T1-T3. The motor casing has high mechanical strength, sturdy and durable, strong anti-rust and anti-corrosion, high sealing and good reliability of related devices.

High efficiency
It has reached the second-level value of the European CEMEP-EU efficiency grade motor standard, and meets the energy efficiency limit value of the People's Republic of China national standard GB18613-2002 for small and medium-sized three-phase asynchronous motors.
Dual-band wide voltage
The voltage range is 220V-690V, suitable for 50HZ and 60HZ power supply.
Low noise
By optimizing the electromagnetic design, ventilation condition, structure size and technology, the M2QP series motor has low noise.
The bearing has a high load capacity
The standard motor is made of deep groove bearing, which has a long life, the 80-225 center high motor is permanently lubricated, and the 250-355 is equipped with a lubrication device.
Good reliability
The motor is a fully enclosed air-cooled structure, with a protection grade of IP55, and the materials and processes meet the environmental requirements. The motor has high mechanical strength, strong and durable, and strong anti-rust and anti-corrosion. The winding has good reliability, adopts F-class insulation structure, and B-pole assessment. And PTC thermistors or thermistors can be added according to user needs.
Starting mode: full pressure start, Y-△ start or reactance start
Transmission mode: elastic coupling spur gear transmission can be adopted
Insulation, temperature rise: Class F. However, the temperature rise limit of the stator winding is 80K, that is, it is assessed according to class B (resistance method). The permissible temperature of the bearing does not exceed 95°C (thermometer method).
