MQAEJ, QAEJ series electromagnetic brake three-phase asynchronous motor, the DC disc brake is installed on the end cover of the non-shaft extension end of the motor. The working principle is: when the motor is connected to the power supply, the rectifier of the brake is connected to the power supply at the same time, due to the effect of electromagnetic attraction, the electromagnet attracts the armature and compresses the spring, the brake disc is disconnected from the armature and the end cover, the motor runs, when the power supply is cut off, the brake electromagnet loses electromagnetic attraction, the spring force pushes the armature to compress the brake disc, and under the action of frictional torque, the motor immediately stops rotating. The excitation voltage of the electromagnetic brake is 205 volts DC, and the power supply of the rectifier is 220 volts AC.
Flexible lead-out direction
The installation method of the motor junction box can be on the top, left and right side of the motor, the junction box itself can be rotated and installed, and the junction box of the 71-132 frame can be rotated in 4*90 directions. The junction box of the 160 and above frame can be rotated in 2*180 directions. The user must indicate the direction of the junction box and outlet hole when ordering.
