Danfoss axial piston pumps have been rigorously tested to outperform centrifugal pumps, even in large plants with permeate flows of up to 30,000 m3/day. APP technology offers more than 90% efficiency for low lifecycle costs.
The small size and light weight of APP pumps make them flexible to be configured in virtually any environment. These pumps can be pre-installed in the factory and tested by the system without having to be sent to a remote or hard-to-reach location for on-site installation and welding.
The simple design of the pump with only a few components guarantees a high level of operational stability, as well as long maintenance intervals and simple maintenance. APP pumps do not require lubricating oil and can be lubricated with water. Lead times are very short, even for large projects in 2-4 months.
