SIRIUS3SE5 solenoid valve interlock switch with separate actuator and additional solenoid roller is designed to guard the door, which must remain closed when the machine is closed. An integrated auxiliary magnet in the switch keeps the door locked until a specific signal is received. The safety mechanism prevents unnecessary closing, ensuring that the normally closed contacts of the magnet never close, even when the door is opened. The switch can be released manually using an auxiliary release mechanism, e.g. if the power supply fails or if access is required during installation. Some of the outstanding standard features include an integrated solenoid interlock using 24V, 115V or 230V coil voltage, 6 switching contacts and independent position sensing for magnets and guard doors. Optical condition monitoring is also available.
