Q68B Introduction: Mitsubishi MELSEC Q Series Docking Station, for use with MELSEC Q Series, 8 module slots, DIN rail mounting docking station is connected to the main base via an assembled bus cable. Slots are provided for power modules and additional input/output modules. If the power consumption of the plugged module exceeds the capacity of the power module located on the main base, the PSU must be installed to the expansion base. Up to 7 expansion docks can be connected to the main dock and up to 64 input/output modules

The user can also choose to replace the PLCCPU with a mobile control CPU or even add the PC directly (as a whole) to the PLC backplane. Based on a seamless solution consisting of advanced PLC technology and mobility and PCs (without the need for networking), the Q-Series offers an "automated rich environment" that perfectly meets the challenges of modern processes. The Q series can be used as a replacement for the Mitsubishi A series PLC.
