The FR–E700SC drive series is part of a family of compact drive solutions designed to be powerful drives with single-phase input and three-phase output. The new series offers improved functionality and performance, with a more compact and easy-to-install profile than its predecessor.
Features & Benefits Smart features in every app, with sensorless vector control. This technology is key to the excellent speed and torque performance of the VDF, including the electric motor without the encoder feedback-back loop. This feature plays a key role in saving on additional hardware costs. Advanced auto-tuning is suitable for good motor control, resulting in accurate motor data. This special variable frequency driver contains features that allow the user to read all required parameters directly from the motor in less than a minute, even when the drive is not running. With an overload capacity of 200%, this capacity is the maximum capacity for short-term overload in three seconds, compared to 0.5 seconds in the previous generation version of this VDF. This feature also reduces unnecessary downtime caused by overload alarms. This drive has built-in responsive technology to help protect employees and precision machinery. It can perfectly respond to a variety of external events. Torque limiting during start-up and deceleration ensures better protection of your machine. This feature also plays a key role in preventing damage to the machine. Self-diagnostics make operation more reliable, and the VDF continuously monitors its own performance while checking to see if it is working properly. If there are any failures or errors, an alarm will be triggered. The drive is also capable of measuring the length of time the main circuit has been used. The integrated USB port allows the device to be connected directly to a PC or laptop. With emergency stop function, dual-channel emergency stop can make the equipment shut down safely.
