The Altistart48 soft-start soft-stop device is a controller with 6 thyristor transistors for torque-controlled soft-start and stop of three-phase squirrel cage asynchronous motors.

Drive Performance Features:

Exclusive Altistart Torque Control (patented by SchneiderElectric) provides constant torque control for the motor during acceleration and deceleration (significantly reducing shock pressure) Facilities for adjusting ramp and starting torque can use contactor bypass starter at the end of start-up while maintaining electronic protection with wide frequency tolerance, suitable for genset power starters can be connected to the motor delta terminal blocks and connected in series with each winding
Machine & Motor Protection Functions:
