SpacialSBM Industrial Box
The Schneider Electric SpacialSBM steel housing is available in three models and is designed for use in industrial machines and construction applications. The wall-mounted enclosure has a one-piece rectangular body with folding grooves on the front and 2 (or 3*) drilled profiles at the rear for mounting the mounting plate and DIN rails with a 12.5mm fixing center. The housing cover is supplied with polyurethane sealing washers and 2, 3, 4 or 6 half-turn screws, depending on the model (**). M6x16 grounding posts are welded into the cover for equipotential connection with the main body.

Features and Benefits:

Available in 28 sizes, increased to 42 with expansion box accessory, 80mm and 120mm depth, with or without preset FL21 cable entry IP66 rating, This means that the enclosure is protected against dust and strong water jets and waves, up to IK10 (joules 20) against external mechanical shocks, means that the junction box is protected against 5kg falling from a height of 40 cm, and can be installed with just one screwdriver, directly fixed via the rear or with external mounting lugs, protected by polyester grey paint on both the inside and outside, RAL7035 beautiful and robust design for the protection of sensitive electronics
Typical Applications
The Schneider SpacialSDB series is suitable for underground parking, roads and railway tunnels.

Note: (*) There are 3 profiles for 800 mm width, 2 profiles for bus boxes (3 screws for widths over 400 mm), and 4 profiles for flat access boxes (6 screws for widths over 400 mm).
