V/F control: 1 Hz 150% torque ( speed range 60:1)
Open-loop vector control: 0.5 Hz 150% torque (100:1 speed range)
Closed-loop vector control: 0Hz 180% torque ( speed range 1000:1 )
○ Equipped with abundant parameter tuning methods
Static self-tuning: suitable for debugging in the state of connection between motor and handling machinery;
Rotary auto-tuning: suitable for applications that require high starting torque, high speed and high control accuracy in the past;
On-line parameter self-tuning: The change of motor characteristics can be detected all the time during operation, and high-precision speed control can be carried out.
○ Instantaneous power outage measures in accordance with a purpose
The speed tracking function is in line with the fluid machinery equipped with rotating bodies such as fans and blowers. The instantaneous stop function, which is used to deal with power outages in film production lines, can automatically compensate for power outages when low voltage is detected, eliminating the need for special equipment such as UPS (uninterruptible power supply).
