Features:

The working principle of the relay is compound, consisting of two elements, the inductive type and the electromagnetic type, which share one coil. When the coil of the relay is passed through an alternating current, two magnetic fluxes with a certain phase difference are generated in the shielded and unshielded parts of the core. This magnetic flux interacts with the eddy currents it induces in the disk, creating a torque on the disk. At 20%-40% of the operating current setting value, the disc begins to rotate. At this time, because the fan teeth and the worm are not engaged, the relay does not operate.

When the current in the coil increases to the setting current, the electromagnetic torque is greater than the reaction torque of the spring, and the frame rotates, so that the fan teeth and the worm are engaged, and the fan teeth rise. At this time, the moving iron of the relay is driven by the ejector rod of the fan tooth, so that the air gap on the right side of the magnet is reduced, and the air gap on the left side increases, so that the moving iron is attracted by the magnet, so that the relay contact action.

When the current in the relay coil is set, the operating time of the sensing element is inversely proportional to the square of the current. With the increase of current, the permeable magnet is saturated, and the action time limit gradually tends to be fixed. When the current in the coil is greater than a certain current multiple, the electromagnetic component acts instantaneously, so the action time limit of the relay has the characteristics of reverse time delay.

The relay has several taps to adjust the operating current of the sensing and electromagnetic components. In addition, the air gap between the moving iron and the electromagnet is changed with a multiplier screw to adjust the operating current of the electromagnetic component. The relay has a mechanism for adjusting the action time setting value of the sensing element and a signal plate for the operation of the main contact. By rotating the return mechanism by hand, the signal plate can be returned without removing the casing.

GL-11, 12, 21 and 22 relays have a single set of moving main contacts (or one set of moving break main contacts, need to be customized), which has both anti-time function and instantaneous function.

GL-13, 14, 23 and 24 relays have a set of moving main contacts (or a set of moving break main contacts, need to be customized) and a set of delay signal contacts operated by the sensing element, the main contact only has an instantaneous function, no anti-time function, and the signal contact only has an anti-time limit function, no instantaneous function.

GL-15 and 25 relays have a strong transition conversion (first close and then break) main contact, which has both anti-time and instantaneous function.

The GL-16 and 26 relays have a time-delay signal contact operated by a sensing element in addition to a strong transition main contact. The main contact of the strong transition conversion only has the instantaneous function and no anti-time function, and the signal contact only has the anti-time function and no instantaneous function.

The GL-17 relay has a strong transition main contact and a delay signal contact. The main contact of the strong transition conversion has both instantaneous function and anti-time function, and the signal contact only has the anti-time function and no instantaneous function.
