Micro inverter ACS310 -03X-50A8-2 11KW three-phase 200V for ABB fan water pump
ABB's ACS310 universal frequency converter is designed for variable torque applications such as booster pumps and centrifugal fans. The design of the drive includes a powerful set of features for pump and fan applications, including a built-in PID controller and PFC (Pump and Fan Control) that can change the performance of the drive based on changes in pressure, flow or other external data. The drive also has pre-programmed protection features, such as duct cleaning, for preventative maintenance.
The ACS310 inverter has built-in energy-saving features. Energy savings can be easily monitored using the built-in energy calculator, which shows energy savings by kWh and CO2 emissions, and can be displayed in local currency.
In the Energy Savings Calculator, there is an energy optimizer that is able to increase the energy efficiency of the system at partial load. The Load Analyzer is a built-in statistical tool for analyzing drive and motor specifications to further analyze the energy efficiency and operation of the process. Even the inverter's internal fan is controlled by software to reduce noise and losses and improve energy efficiency.
These features, combined with pre-programmed application macros, an intuitive user interface and multiple auxiliary screens, speed up the installation, parameterization and commissioning of the drive.
