Introduction: Germany Moore/murr single-phase safety transformer 86342 40VA, MTS single-phase safety transformer is a device that isolates electrical components from the public grid, but supplies them in the same way. This allows for safe work on the electrical system with live electricity. An isolation transformer consists of two separate coils or a two-part coil. The coil is connected to the public power grid. It creates a magnetic field in the iron core. This magnetic field again induces the available voltage in the second coil. If both coils have the same winding, it is an isolation transformer of 230V to 230V. Fixation type is slot-fastening and snap-on on TH35 mounting rails (EN 60715)
