Condition Monitoring sensors for vibration, shock, and temperature monitoring

Condition Monitoring Sensors Multi Physics Box are used for continuous condition monitoring of motors, pumps, conveyor systems or fans, for example. It measures vibration, shock, and temperature, thus providing an indicator of potential failures and mechanical failures. If the measured value exceeds an individually definable limit, an alarm is issued. With multi-level alarms, the limits of the vibration values can be used for vibration monitoring of machinery according to ISO 10816-3. The sensors can be integrated into machinery or equipment via IO-Link or via simple alarm-based switching signals. Whether on-site or in combination with a Cloud Service: The Multi Physics Box provides the data basis for avoiding unplanned downtime and effectively reducing costs.
