CHINT/CHINT Vacuum AC Contactor NC9-400

Scope of application: NC9 series vacuum AC contactor, hereinafter referred to as contactor, is mainly used in AC 50Hz rated working voltage to 1140V, rated working current to 1000A circuit for long-distance connection and breaking circuits, and can be combined with appropriate thermal overload relay or electronic protector and other related protection devices to form a vacuum electromagnetic starter, especially suitable for the composition of flameproof vacuum electromagnetic starter.

NC9 series vacuum AC contactor is a product with independent intellectual property rights successfully developed by CHINT. At present, it is the only low-pressure vacuum AC contactor in China that has reached the new national standard, and has won the national utility model patent and appearance patent, and won the gold medal of the 2003 Hong Kong International Patent Technology Expo.

The product has 3 base types and 6 current classes (160A, 250A, 400A, 630A, 800A, 1000A).

Compliant with standards: GB 14048.4, IEC 60947-4-1 and JB/T 7122.

Normal working conditions and installation conditions

The ambient air temperature is: -5 °C - +40 °C, and its average value does not exceed +35 °C in 24 hours.

The altitude does not exceed +2000m.

Atmospheric conditions: * At a high temperature of +40°C, the relative temperature of the air does not exceed 50%, and a higher relative temperature can be allowed at lower temperatures

Temperature, e.g. 90% at 20°C. Special measures should be taken for occasional condensation due to temperature changes.

Pollution level: Pollution level 3.

Installation Category: The installation category is III.

Installation conditions: installed horizontally and vertically, the inclination between the mounting surface and the horizontal plane or the vertical plane is not greater than ±15°.

Shock and vibration: The product should be installed and used in a place where there is no significant shaking, shock and vibration.
