Save time

The enclosure is shipped within a week of ordering, so installation can begin quickly. The fused interior will be shipped later for on-site installation. The chassis is shipped with a spare fuse, so it can be replaced at any time.

Specify Quik-Ship when ordering, and your products will be shipped within 10 business days. Works with all NEMA 1 enclosure configurations - just make sure your Bussmann Series representative knows you need Quik-Ship.

Flexible configurations – up to 600Vac/600Amp/200kA SCCR, or 125Vdc/600Amp/100kA SCCR. The 125Vdc rating is only available for MLO panels, up to 80A.

30, 60, 100, 200, 225, 400 and 600 A main ratings

125 Vdc rating for utility and petrochemical control circuits or UPS circuits

1 to 100 A fuse ratings to closely match the load

Available in fused or non-fused main disconnect switches, or MLO (main lugs only) configurations, with a choice of 18, 30, and 42 branch locations up to 200 A, and NEMA 1 or 3R enclosures for easy branch or service panel installations

Load-side disconnects are available via lugs or with fuses

Meet NEC® selective coordination requirements

This cULus certified power distribution board makes it easy to provide a system that meets NEC's® selective coordination requirements for emergencies, legally required standby, healthcare essential electrical, and critical operational power systems (COPS) per 700.27, 701.18, 517.26, and 708.54

Selective coordination of a full fuse system from source to branch is easy. Simply follow the published fuse selectivity coordination ratio – no need to plot time-current curves or conduct expensive studies

Improve security

QSCP uses the Bussmann Series Compact Circuit Protector Base (CCPB) for up to 100 amp branch circuit disconnect and 200 amp branch circuit disconnect with the Compact Circuit Protector (CCP). Both are used with the Bussmann series of Class CF CUBEFuse fuses

Both CCP and CCPB have a disconnect rating to provide a load isolation method. Current carrying capacity of 15, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 90, 100, and 200 A is consistent with standard conductor sizes to help prevent excessive fuseing

Lockout/tagout regulations simplify OSHA compliance

The locking device helps to meet the requirements of the emergency circuit

High fuse breaking ratings and component SCCR ratings up to 200 kA can easily exceed most available fault current levels, helping to ensure compliance with NEC® 110.9 and 110.10. The current limit of the fusing solution also reduces the risk of arc flash and minimizes damage to equipment and circuitry.
