CEC Vacuum Contactor and CEC/F Vacuum Contactor-Fuse Combination are fuse combinations developed by Eaton for frequent operation such as motor start-up and capacitor switching. The fuse is suitable for system loads of 7.2-12 kV, especially for frequent start-up of electric motors and frequent switching of transformers or capacitors.
Core features
The service life can be up to 300,000 times for mechanical and up to 500,000 times for electrical life;
The cut-off value is less than 0.3 A, which can effectively prevent the generation of overvoltage during the breaking process;
Eaton's M-effect technology is used to ensure low temperature and low loss during operation;
Reliable firing pin system and linkage trip mechanism are adopted to ensure the reliable opening of the contactor after the fuse is blown;
Equipped with a unique five-proof interlocking device to ensure the safety of personnel;
The electromagnetic operating mechanism is adopted, which is more convenient to replace components and easy to maintain and manage;
It adopts a universal handcart structure design, which is compatible with mainstream mid-circuit breaker switchgear;
It can be assembled in a control cabinet with a cabinet width of 650 mm or 800 mm and is interchangeable with vacuum circuit breakers such as VD4, VN3, VS1, etc.
