Enhancing e-commerce cooperation between enterprises is one of the keys to the success of traditional enterprises. However, current research lacks ways to improve e-commerce cooperation capabilities from the perspective of technology and business integration. Based on the theory of technology promotion and demand-pull and the perspective of inter-enterprise governance, this study establishes a model for the formation of cooperative e-commerce capabilities such as digital interaction technology, cooperative business demand, formal governance and relationship governance from the perspective of technology and business integration. Through 209 valid data collected in our country's traditional service and manufacturing industries, this study uses OLS regression analysis to verify the direct driving mechanism of cooperative e-commerce capability, and the moderating role of formal governance and relationship governance. The results show that: (1) digital interaction technology plays a positive role in process integration ability and knowledge integration ability; (2) Demand and technology complementarity play a positive role in process integration capabilities; (3) Formal governance and relationship governance play a differentiated moderating role in the role of digital interaction technology on process integration capabilities. ( 4 ) Relationship governance plays a negative moderating role in the process of demand-technology complementarity on knowledge integration ability. This study expands the antecedent theory of cooperative e-commerce capabilities from the perspective of technology and business integration, and provides specific suggestions on how to effectively build cooperative e-commerce capabilities for traditional enterprises.
