Technicians know that calibrating pressure is a time-consuming task, and the 729Pro's internal electric pump makes the process easier than ever. Simply enter the target pressure and the calibrator will automatically boost it to the desired set point. The internal micro-control mechanism then automatically stabilizes the pressure to the required value.

The Fluke 729PRO can also automatically test multiple pressure points and record the results automatically, making calibration fairly simple. Simply enter the starting and ending pressures, as well as the number of test points and tolerance classes, and the 729Pro will do the rest.

Pressures up to 7MPa (70 bar, 1000psi) are automatically generated and controlled. Enter the pressure and the 729Pro will automatically pump up to the desired pressure. Fill out the test template and the 729Pro will automatically pump up and record multi-point pressure calibration tests.

Use defined templates to easily document the calibration process of transmitters and switches. Type the start and end test pressures and the number of test points. The 729Pro can perform additional operations based on the recorded pressure applied at each test point, the measured mA current, and the error % error. The bright, color-coded graphical display highlights out-of-tolerance test results in red.

Pluggable replaceable pressure control module. The pressure output range can be freely switched to achieve range matching with minimal economic cost.

Quick replacement of lithium batteries. On-site calibration often delays the progress of work due to insufficient power, and a calibrator that can replace the battery can solve the problem. The 729Pro lithium battery can be charged separately or with the main unit, and it has a power display function, which can confirm the power level before installation. At the same time, the knob cover is easy to remove and can be replaced without any tools.

The HART communication enables mA output adjustment to the applied value and pressure zero correction of the HART pressure transmitter. You can also easily perform configuration tasks, such as changing the transmitter label, unit of measurement, and range. Other supported HART commands include setting a fixed mA output for troubleshooting, reading device configuration parameters, and reading device diagnostic data.

With a rugged portable design and a 3-year warranty, the 7MPa pressure output capacity weighs only 4.9kg. The large-range pressure calibration no longer needs to be limited by size and space, and you can go to the site as you like.
