Achieve a high level of safety in harsh environments
Eden is a non-contact safety sensor that can be used to detect inductive interlock doors and secure position sensing. Safety sensors are used to ensure that the machine is shut down when the door or latch is opened. It is also possible to monitor whether the robot is in a fixed position when a person enters the robot's work area.
Contactless safety sensors consist of two complementary parts that sense each other's presence without mechanical contacts. Compared to traditional mechanical switches, this solution is more flexible in installation. There is constant communication between the two parts of the Eden, and in the event of an error, a stop signal is immediately issued.
