In terms of how long the pandemic has continued, people initially thought that the fear would be completely dissipated when summer came, just as they had seen the outbreak of infections that had occurred almost every spring, and that people would still have to wear medical masks, even if they were sweating and braving the scorching sun.

Disinfecting and reducing human contact are the most useful coping methods known today. In order to effectively respond to the new crown pneumonia epidemic, public facilities and public environments such as buses, subways, streets, and sewage are carried out on a daily basis across the country.

For example, the security equipment of the Beijing subway must be disinfected every 1 hour; The train returning to the subway warehouse needs to be disinfected 5 times before continuing to the next train; Beijing buses need to be disinfected twice a day.

Using sanitize robots to perform daily disinfection tasks can not only leave accurate sanitize records with data, but also free operators from heavy and repetitive sanitize missions.

And Bukos thinks that the disinfection robot and its existing robot products have certain similarities in the underlying skills.

Before the layout of the sanitizing robot, Bucos has been focusing on the upstream research and development of the robot market, and is the earliest enterprise in China to integrate UWB and lidar navigation skills, and its primary business at that time is to provide positioning and navigation system processing plans for other robot manufacturers.

In the meantime, as early as 2018, Bukesi combined positioning and navigation SLAM with UWB, lidar, depth vision and control host to create the robot center plan product "Navi++", and then launched the "Navi++Pro" positioning and navigation system, which can integrate reflector positioning and natural structure positioning skills to complete high-precision navigation, which can meet the needs of scenarios such as factory AGV.

Therefore, the skills of positioning and moving, sensors, active charging and other skills of the robot have long been possessed by Bukos. Moreover, the robot and the sanitizing robot made by Bukesi before are essentially the same set of algorithm theory system, only for different subdivision scenarios, different optimization and iteration of its operation logic.

Therefore, on the basis of the original custom-installed chassis robot Turtle, combined with the practical needs of the sanitizing scene, Bukos completed the product development of the sanitizing robot and put it into market application in more than a month.

Now, the Bukesi sanitizing robot has the functions of setting up path function points, active detection of obstacles, and tracking of disinfection logs. After rapid atomization disinfectant, it can accurately sanitize the new crown and a variety of common prevalent germs, with a sterilization rate of 99.9%, and the battery life on hardware equipment can reach 4-5 hours.

At present, there are four types of primary sanitize environments, the first is the category of medical sanitize such as hospitals; the second category is customs, airports and other large transportation areas; The third category is commercial spaces such as shopping malls, hotels, and business halls; The fourth category is nursing homes, kindergartens, office buildings and other large health care categories.

Bukesi has developed different robots for these four different sanitize scenarios, including atomization disinfection robot 180C, terminal disinfection robot Max, ultraviolet disinfection robot UV1500, and disinfection products such as 220A and bubble fish.

The atomization disinfection robot 180C is mainly used in transportation hubs, hotels, offices and other scenarios, industrial-grade ultrasonic atomization head, atomization volume of 2600ml/h, spraying large space is more efficient, 16L ultra-large capacity water tank, can be used in airports, high-speed rail stations and other large scenes, can cover more than 1000-㎡ area without dead ends, and the operation efficiency is equivalent to 2-3 skilled disinfection workers.

The terminal disinfection robot Max is specially designed for scenarios that require the use of hydrogen peroxide and other similar disinfectants for indoor terminal disinfection, such as food factories, pharmaceutical factories, laboratories, etc., with an average atomized particle size of 4.54 microns.

The illumination angle of the ultraviolet disinfection robot UV1500 is 270°, the disinfection method is the UVC band, the ultraviolet light intensity is 1500μW/c㎡, the total light power is 410W, and the ultraviolet power is 160W, which is mainly suitable for hospital operating rooms, disease control and biochemical laboratories, confined spaces, etc.
