Balluff condition monitoring sensors BCM0001 the size of a thumb: flexible, intelligent condition monitoring and a wide range of powerful functions in a very small space
A sensor monitors the temperature, humidity, ambient air pressure and vibration of the machine, and errors can be detected at an early stage with condition data. Condition monitoring is mostly based on machine learning, enabling real-time maintenance to avoid unplanned downtime.
It can also enable the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), where the status of machines, plants, and related components is recorded, processed, and interpreted.
Four measurements can be made with one device: vibration, temperature, relative humidity and ambient air pressure.
Quick integration and easy to use
Compact but not complicated: The rugged stainless steel housing (IP67/ IP69K) is ideal for confined spaces in harsh environments. Quick and easy configuration via IO-Link. Compliant with the ISO 10816 standard, it is easy to determine the health status of the machine.
Intelligent preprocessing of data
Equipped with data pre-processing, intelligent decision-making can be made without the need for additional external processors.
