Balluff condition monitoring sensors detect different physical parameters – such as vibration, temperature, air humidity and air pressure – and then process them and provide the required data to higher-level systems via IO-Link. The sensor can be easily parameterized via the standardized IO-Link protocol, and the analysis in the sensor can be individually adapted to your specific application conditions. Thanks to the flexible process data structure, up to five measured or pre-processed data can be freely configured and reincycled.

Vibration, temperature, relative humidity, ambient air pressure IP67

Condition monitoring is mostly based on machine learning, enabling real-time maintenance to avoid unplanned downtime.
