Precautions for use
1. Standardize the entry channels of frequency conversion equipment and establish an access system.
At present, there are many varieties of inverters in China, and the devices between various inverters are not universal, which has caused difficulties in preparing materials and increased the difficulty of cost maintenance, so it is recommended to standardize the entry channels of inverter equipment, establish a market access system to reduce the brand types of inverters introduced, and reduce the cost of maintenance and repair in the later stage.
(1) Limit the scope of the brand
Limited brand range, in recent years, the failure rate is low, and some brands are reliable. It is recommended to standardize well-known brands such as ABB, Taian, Delta, and Schneider.
(2) Standardize the introduction channels
Standardize the introduction channels, inspect the after-sales service of the technical strength of the manufacturers of the introduced equipment, and complete the information required for the acceptance of the newly introduced frequency conversion equipment, including circuit diagrams, manuals, etc., so as to facilitate maintenance in the event of failures in the future.
2. Establish a daily maintenance system for frequency converters
The management of the converter is standardized, and the special person is responsible for the daily maintenance of the frequency converter equipment. The specific content of daily maintenance can be divided into:
(1) Operation data record, fault record:
Regularly measure the long-distance data of the inverter and the motor, including the output frequency of the inverter, the output current, the output voltage, the DC voltage inside the inverter, the temperature of the radiator and other parameters. Compare with reasonable data to help detect hidden faults as soon as possible. If the inverter trips in a fault, be sure to record the fault code and the operating condition of the inverter when tripping, so as to specifically divide the cause of the failure.
(2) Daily inspection of inverter:
Perform it every two weeks to check and record the output three-phase voltage of the inverter in operation, and pay attention to comparing the balance between them; Check and record the three-phase output current of the inverter, and pay attention to comparing the balance between them; Check and record the ambient temperature, radiator temperature; Check whether the inverter has abnormal vibration, sound, and whether the fan is running normally.
(3) Inverter maintenance:
Each inverter needs to be cleaned and maintained once a quarter. Maintenance should remove the dust and dirt inside the inverter and in the air path, wipe the surface of the inverter, and keep the inverter panel clean and bright; At the same time of maintenance, it is necessary to carefully check the inverter to see whether there is a heating and discoloration part in the inverter, whether there is cracking in the damping resistance, whether the electrolytic capacitor has expansion and leakage, explosion-proof holes protruding, etc., whether the PCB board is abnormal, and whether there is a hot and yellow part.
