Product Introduction:

Japan Rika RKC T-200 temperature sensor (thermocouple) is used to measure the surface temperature of cylinders or rollers of rubber and plastic molding machines, and provides a variety of sensors suitable for different devices.

(1) T-200/ T-210/ T-201/ T-211/ (T-201S/ T-211S armored) snap type thermocouple

[Use]: Rubber and plastic molding machine cylinder temperature measurement, mold hot runner temperature measurement.

[Features]: Use the mounting fixture (fixed fixture) to pressurize the front end with a spring to make close contact between the sensor and the DUT. It is suitable for measuring the temperature of the hot runner of metal molds.

(2) T-202SH/T-212SH snap-on thermocouples

[Use]: Rubber and plastic molding machine cylinder temperature measurement, mold hot runner temperature measurement.

[Features]: It has a high operating temperature capacity, and the insertion length of the sensor can be freely adjusted by moving the position of the buckle spring.

(3) T-220 snap-on thermocouple

[Use]: Rubber and plastic molding machine cylinder temperature measurement, mold hot runner temperature measurement.

[Features]: The insertion length of the sensor is determined by moving the position of the fixing fixture of the buckle.

(4) T-221 snap-on thermocouple

[Use]: Rubber and plastic molding machine cylinder temperature measurement, mold hot runner temperature measurement.

[Features]: The length of the sensor insertion is determined by the pressure buckle that moves above the spring.

(5) T-230 front-end screw thermocouple

[Features]: The front part of the temperature measurement is (M6 or M8) screw, which can be directly locked into the equipment of the object to be measured.

(6) T-240 screw-fixed thermocouple for surface temperature

[Features]: The front part of the temperature measurement is fixed on the object to be measured through the hole position and screws of φ4.5, which is suitable for measuring the surface temperature of the object in a narrow space.

(7) T-250 Thermocouple for Annular Surface Temperature

[Features]: It is suitable for surface temperature measurement of tubular and other objects.

(8) T-260 resin temperature measurement thermocouple

[Application]: Extrusion molding machine liquid resin

[Feature]: The amount of liquid resin temperature of extruders and other equipment. The M16 screw can be used to fix the sensor directly and remove the resin to be measured.

(9) T-270Z resin temperature measurement thermocouple

[Application]: Extrusion molding machine liquid resin

[Features]: Through the compensating design, the temperature measurement at the front end of the sensor is offset with the external temperature error to achieve the correct temperature measurement.

(10) ST-100/ST-100K/ST-100K1 non-contact thermocouple

[Application]: Measurement of surface temperature of rollers, films, etc

[Features]: The surface of moving objects such as rollers can measure the temperature by non-contact means.

(11) JBS38998 Contact roller surface temperature measurement thermocouple

[Application]: The surface temperature of the roller

[Features]: Direct contact with the surface of the roller to measure its temperature.
